- Pricing projects for Area Managers from technical drawings and retrieving sales literature in order to compile quotations information packs to send to customers via post, fax email.
- Creating and maintain different pricing structures for different clients.
- Answering inbound calls on behalf of:
1. The showroom Sales Manager, providing information, entering orders and taking messages
2. Area Sales Managers providing information, pricing, entering orders and arranging appointments. Also answering general inbound sales calls from potential customers, provide them with information, pricing and passing leads to relevant Area Managers in Stephens Group.
- Following up on quotes given.
- Making credit control calls on behalf of Sales Managers and noting results.
- Assist showroom sales manager with customers visiting the showroom and provide them with information, calculations and printouts etc when required.
- Receive sales and general enquiries via email from potential customers and distribute to relevant personal within the Stephens Group.
- Receive monthly sales lead documents, print, photocopy and distribute to Area Sales Managers.
- Producing credit control reports on non-sales debts in spreadsheet format.
- Update and maintain sales literature on computer files by obtaining supplier emails, internet research and scanning documents.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and other departments to gain information on stock levels. Lead times and transport arrangements to help insure that smooth 'order to delivery' process.
- Attend product training.
- Processing of credit card payments.
- Incoming and outgoing mail.
- RSA Clait stage 2 or ECDL .
- 1/2 years admin/ estimating experience.
- Any other relevant duties when necessary.

Complete a geographica alnalysis of current customer base,
resulting in systematic calling patterns covering all existing
and potential business.
Complete a customer analysis by sector.
Sales generation and prospect in line with agreed
targets.
Establish and maintain a customer information database and
ensure thatth e Sales Director is kept fully informed through
reports and discussion about sales and marketing
activity.

| Marketing Management: |
Develop and maintain upto date promotional information
reflecting company products and services.
Undertake a range of marketing and promotional activities
for the company including mailshots, press releases,
exhibitions, promotional literature aimed at securing
additional sales for the company' products and services.
Co-ordinate promotional activities including participation
in trade fairs, exhibitions, presentations and site visits if
necessary.
Manage all pubiic reiations and promotional activity
undertaken by the company in doing business with its
customers.
Ensure the company's web site is exploitation as a sales
and marketing tool.
Make recommendations to management on how the
Company can improve the marketability of its products.

Negotiating credit terms with customers.
Responsible for debt collection, credit control and general
sales administration.
Preparing tenders and negotiating prices with customers.
The preparation of quotations for existing and new

Undertake research and analysis of the market

end user and wholesale markets.

Efficient management of the Company's Area Sales and

include the preparation of monthly management reports to
